The Eta Omega Alumni Chapter of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated, is proud to support scholarship and academic achievement within our community. In line with this mission, we are excited to offer $5,000 worth of scholarships to graduating high school seniors. This opportunity is designed for students who demonstrate a strong passion for learning, active community involvement, and a need for financial support. We are honored to contribute to the success of the next generation of leaders and scholars.

Applicants must meet the below criteria to be considered for an award:

1.  Accepted to a 2 or 4-year college/university
2. Current High School Senior
3. Minimum equivalency of 3.0 cumulative GPA 

Applicants may apply for this scholarship by submitting the following:

1.  A completed application addressing your:
   • Personal/Professional goals
   • Honors & awards
   • Leadership & community involvement
2. Resume
3. Two (2) letters of recommendation (From a teacher, advisor or community member)
4. Unofficial high school transcript
5. Letter of acceptance to 2 or 4-year college/university
