The Eta Omega Alumni Chapter of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. awards scholarships to Chicago-area high school seniors who show strong character, academic effort and a commitment to their community. Work through the steps below at your own pace – you can review and edit every answer before you submit.
Before you start, have ready
- Your school information and current GPA
- Your transcript – a PDF or a clear photo
- A recent headshot photo
- Your essay, 250–600 words
- Optional: a recommendation letter and a 2-minute video
